IMPORTANT :
There is no need to pay a guarantee deposit. But, it is compulsory to receive, at the time of the booking, a complete information of the clients' credit card and an authorization to charge the supplements to pay in case there are some at the end of the stay.
Booking, payment and cancellation CONDITIONS :
Compulsory pre-payment at least 30 days before the arrival.
In case of cancellation, we apply the following fees:
- More than 30 days before the arrival : 40 €
- Between 30 and 21 days before the arrival : 25 % from the total*
- Between 20 and 8 days before the arrival : 50 % from the total*
- Between 7 and 2 days before the arrival : 75 % from the total*
- Less than 2 days : 90 % from the total*
- The departure day or when no presentation to the departure: 100 % from the total
- * 40 € for file expences, no refundable.
