COURSES at the SCHOOL of WINE of BORDEAUX

The School of Wine of the Interprofessional Council of the Wine of Bordeaux is not
a school like the other ones. It permits to achieve a knowledge, but with
emotions, sensations.
This school is ready to teach to all the persons wanting to discover the magic
universe of the wine. Its pedagogy is simple: the apprenticeship by practising, commented with a simple and clear way.
Through a few visual references, olfactives and gustatives, we will get on the large world of the Bordeaux vineyards.
Its ambition: make the pleasure of the gastronomy being shared!

All these programmes include :
- Courses at the school of wines of Bordeaux
- Stay based on bed and breakfast. The duration of the stay depends on the the training chosen.
- A few trainings include some breakfasts, and even the courses sometimes.

INTENSIVE TRAINING LEVEL I -- 5 days

Aim : Discover the variety and the quality of the biggest fine vinyards, achieve the basic knowledge allowing to taste, learn how describe and appreciate them.
Dates of begining of the trainings: February 12^th and 19^th, April 18^th and 23^rd ,May 24^th ,June 11^th , July,August 6^th and 22^nd, October 29^th, December 26^th 2006.
