We take the northern motorway towards the Belgian frontier. After a rest stop, we cross Belgium as far as Bruges, one of the most perfectly preserved medieval town in Europe. Bruges is a remarkable living canvas of old Flemish masters.
This tour includes:
A guided walking tour to the heart of the city with Beguinage, (Beguine Convent). Its magnificient Grand Place with its quaint houses and decorated façades, the "Halles" (covered market) with its belfry, the "Place du Bourg" with the Saint Sang Basilica, the Gothic style Townhall. Free time for lunch and either a visit to the museum of Flemish art or shopping for handmade lace and Belgian chocolates.
Cruise on the famous canals (ticket included) only from April 1st to October 31st 2008.
Passport, with visa if necessary, or identity card is required.
